Please note that not all loose diamonds are always readily available and so we strongly recommend you contact us at Service@DivaDiamonds.net to disucss your loose diamond purchase with us before you place your order. If the diamond you have ordered is not available we will either email or call you within a few business days to talk about some similiar options. If we are unable to reach you after two attempts over the course of two days we may substitute, at our discretion what we believe to be a comparable diamond.
